The Fixed Price Guarantee

Never an estimated price or an after-show bill. Guaranteed.

Exhibitors welcome the peace of mind that there will be no surprise bills after their trade show that can ruin their budget. Our sales order/ proposal is written as a final invoice.  We promise one single calculated assessment and invoice for the entire exhibit project from design, fabrication, and union installation and dismantle (I&D) and round-trip freight. Within the invoice will be all graphics printed in-house including any dye sublimation fabric that is produced and sewn on our premises.  All project flooring, furnishings, appliances, and audio-visual equipment will also be included.  Sales tax will be applied based on geographical installation or purchase pickup.  Show contracted services can also be included with a service charge upon request.

If you are tired of receiving unexpected, budget-breaking invoices weeks after an event then our all-inclusive invoice model provides up-front cost assurance and an end of post-show billing nightmares. There are no additional billings for an I&D crew that works overtime, or an extra invoice for the addition of extra hands. We base our final price on show move-in/move-out dates and times. The people that build a project know the equipment and we never rent exhibits that we do not install.

To properly allocate marketing dollars there cannot be any holes. A bill that can reach 20% overage on the exhibit project alone is appalling, yet it happens every day because estimates are approximations and the way to present a sales order with the lowest bottom line is to underestimate labor hours and I&D times as to straight time, overtime, and double time, and create the illusion of lower pricing.
Our Guaranteed Price Contract secures the final price to the exhibiting company. The Guaranteed Price Contract states that the contract amount is guaranteed to be the sum and substance of this project. Absolute Exhibits will build the entire job for the price quoted with no requests for additional monies.

The exhibitor must work with the Absolute Exhibits account executive and designer to be certain that they have everything specified, correct and complete. Exhibitor will provide the following: budget, selections, time schedule, etc. Designer will provide: dimensions, schedules, cross-sections, elevations and specification sheets.

The following list includes the exceptions that will cause the price to change after the signed contract is received by Absolute Exhibits:

  1. The exhibitor requests to make a change after the contract has been signed
  2. The allowance amounts exceed the allowance allotted per line item in the contract
  3. The exhibit booth space changes in square feet, square meters, or dimensions
  4. The exhibitor agrees to the payment schedule without exception and guarantees that payments will be on time. If they are not, a late penalty will be charged.
