When you’re surrounded by booths packed with machines, you’ve got to make a big splash to stand out. Bundy Baking Solutions had a massive 6,300 sq. ft. trade show space, and they were ready to wow with a 70×90 booth. The goal? Introduce a new company, show off some impressive machinery, and still have room for serious business meetings. The vibe had to be open, creative, and smart—oh, and they wanted it all done on budget. No surprise post-show bills, please!

Challenge

Bundy needed to position their new baking release agent and mixer companies as industry leaders, while also showing off their machines in style. They wanted their booth to grab attention, but without going over the top on the budget. Balancing eye-catching design with practical machinery placement was the name of the game. Easy, right?

Solution

Absolute Exhibits came in hot with a modern, double-deck interactive exhibit that was impossible to miss. The centerpiece? An epic LED wall gate, projecting video messages—surrounded by a slick, oil-inspired design. Talk about a grand entrance. Bundy’s booth featured two 18’x18′ meeting rooms towering above the trade show floor, perfect for getting down to business. Downstairs, a semi-private lounge offered a chill space for conversations and a little R&R. The booth also boasted large format graphics for a special innovation display and double-sided, bold, L-shaped signage that stretched along the outer edge, grabbing everyone’s attention. 3D CNC-cut logos on the trade show floor added extra branding power. Every detail was designed to make Bundy’s presence unforgettable.

Results

The result? A custom-designed trade show exhibit that towered above the rest. Bundy’s modern masterpiece was the talk of the show, drawing in crowds from across the hall. The booth was packed, the products impressed, and they got more inquiries about upgrades and features than ever before.
