Red Sun Farms wanted their exhibit to reflect their roots—literally. As one of the largest fully integrated high-tech greenhouse companies in North America, they own and operate farms across Canada, Mexico, and the United States. The exhibit had to capture this scale and innovation with a greenhouse-inspired look, symbolizing their advanced agricultural technology and sustainable farming practices.
The challenge was to create a space that not only showcased their fresh vegetables but also told the story of their journey—from seed to market. They needed a dedicated retail section to engage major buyers like Costco, while also ensuring the booth provided a welcoming environment for meaningful client interactions.
We designed a space that offered both style and substance. A relaxed, greenhouse-like atmosphere was created for casual client interactions, with a separate private business meeting room for more in-depth discussions. The exhibit seamlessly guided attendees through Red Sun’s story, using a museum-style display to walk them chronologically through the seed-to-market process. Traffic flow was carefully managed to keep the booth accessible while maintaining an engaging experience for all visitors.

The exhibit was a standout, winning Best of Show. Red Sun Farms’ story was not only beautifully told, but their presence at the event left a lasting impression on both attendees and industry peers.
