This is not a testimonial we want you to know we are available every hour of every day no matter where you are. If you are missing a hub for your pop-up, coffee for your beverage service, or lighting for your front graphic tower – we will get on it and stay with you through your entire crisis, in the USA or internationally. That is how everyone is trained to work for us – from the project manager, to the sales person, to the installer – we don’t go to sleep until your job is fixed. This can cause us some problems – we just lived through the perfect storm of PMA, Pack Expo, and Sema and AAPEX – 70+ exhibits, almost everyone a repeat client, and we had multiple sleepless nights. Here was our conundrum – if we said no to current clients we would chance losing them and next year none of these shows fall on top of each other. So 18 sleepless nights later (of course everyone did catnap) you and we have come out the other side and we will be there for all of you next year, thankfully spread across six weeks!
