With the New Year we have added a number of new faces to Absolute Exhibits. Each one of our account executives has acquired a sales associate. These young men will be looking for new clients, walking the show floors, and helping their new mentors while learning the business. Mentoring in Europe has existed since at least Ancient Greek times. Mentoring has spread in the USA mainly in training contexts and it has been described as “an innovation in American management. We are very excited about our first class of sales associates: Mike Parnass, Zach Fettel , Kyle Moeller, and Jesus Teran. Additionally Thomas Herpich has joined Gunter Schneider in our German office. Thomas is new to the exhibition world but has spent the last decades with Apple and brings incredible talents to our company. He speaks German, English, Italian and a little French as well!
Joining the marketing team is my new Assistant Marketing Director, Christina Corbin. A recent graduate of Chapman University, Christina brings an incredible amount of youthful zeal to our marketing department. She is immersing us in all of the new social media applications and she can easily answer any questions you might have when entering the world of new technology.
In the fall we added Ronnie Higgins to our IT team as our Senior Database Engineer. Ronnie is a great addition, he has spent the last twenty four years running his own company and now has the opportunity to just work on his passion … database engineering. He just returned from MacWorld and is attempting to bring everything we do into the Apple environment. Duy Nguyen, is our web developer, he is working on all of our internet sites as well as work for our clients. Additionally, Duy is in an intense after-work scholastic program. Marlon Aragon is a great addition to our graphics department and is being mentored by Jean Ly. We see Marlon working at all hours and he is a great asset to Absolute Exhibits.
There are still more new faces that I will explain in weeks to come. Thanks to all of our clients we are sitting on each other’s laps, elbowing each other for breathing space … thank you for helping us to continue growing.
