We have just been through an incredible up-growth, thanks to all of you, that has caused us to take a hard look at our systems and reorganize some of our company personnel and procedures. We are aware that there may have been some difficult moments on the show floor and we are taking the appropriate measures to remedy those situations. We now foresee every show being a successful endeavor with far less complications.
As many of you know we opened a production facility in Orlando last October. By building on the east coast we have been able to cut shipping and I&D costs for everyone attending shows east of the Mississippi. We are still attempting to smooth the transition to bi-coastal construction and we are adding to our Orlando facility both office workers as well as our builders and I&D crew. Some of our primary people in Las Vegas have agreed to move to Orlando and we will also be hiring from the local talent.
We are in the process of ramping up our new 30-Day Rolling Capacity Indicator. As you all know the summer brings a smaller group of shows we have to attend to and so we are putting this new program into place. With this indicator we will be able to tell when each show cuts off for orders. It is that simple. We will not take any late orders that impede on clients who have signed months before and cause them problems at their show build.
With the summer months also begins our refurbishment of all of our rental products. This year we will add more custom elements such as new style counters. We are going to have more painted surfaces as well. Additionally we will be replacing many of our AV models, adding to our stock furniture, even adding more coffee/tea service capabilities.
We have realigned our project managers and they will be assigned entire shows (unless the show is so large that two or more project managers are indicated), they will work with you from the moment your sales order is signed and your deposit is received. They will be at your show, will meet you face-to-face, and will be the person that you communicate with even on the show floor. Our I&D leads are on the show floor to get your exhibit and everyone else’s built in a timely manner. They will not be distracted and only able to give half-answers to everyone – your project manager will be there to help you.
Thank you goes to each and every one of our clients. Out of the previous months’ experience will come a stronger company, that will always be there for you, and we will move mountains to give you the assistance you depend on and have paid for. We will exceed your expectations with the design, the build, but most of all with our customer service.
