I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Ann Dang. She is fast and efficient with a friendly , can-do attitude. Doing business in Southern California typically means rushed, poor customer service. We So-Cal residents are so used to it that it has almost become the norm and therefore acceptable. It is refreshing to see that there are a few people like Ann who still believe in traditional methods of customer service and do not require multiple follow-ups from a customer to motivate a reply. She is a fine asset to your company and sets a good example on your front line of communication. I hope she is well compensated for her effort as she certainly deserves it in this customers opinion.
