POWER-GEN International (PGI) – currently underway – is scheduled for December 13 – 15, 2016 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
For years, POWER-GEN International has held the title as the largest power generation event in the world, bringing together industry leaders and experts to share and discuss the various issues facing the industry today. The show promises to offer comprehensive education on the latest trends and groundbreaking technologies within the power generation sector.
This year’s show is estimated to showcase an incredible 1,400+ exhibitors, including our client, GEODIS Freight Forwarding.
As a result, it was crucial that the GEODIS Freight Forwarding booth stand out from the crowded trade show floor.
Let’s talk about that spectacular trade show booth!
CONCEPT AND DESIGN:
GEODIS Freight Forwarding is one of the world’s largest freight forwarding companies helping businesses overcome logistical issues and streamlining their transportation operations globally.
For nearly four years, Absolute Exhibits has worked closely with GEODIS Freight Forwarding as its sole exhibit and trade show services provider – a partnership that has been built on trust, dedication and results.
“I look forward to working with [Absolute Exhibits] for another year!” stated Mandy Szeto, Marketing Manager at GEODIS Freight Forwarding.
As a service company, Mandy understood that trade show attendees are generally less excited about services as compared to tangible products they can see and touch. The GEODIS Freight Forwarding exhibit had to be welcoming, vibrant and visible from anywhere on the trade show floor.
To accomplish this, our design team incorporated the use of ‘light and height’ into the exhibit’s design in an effort to demand the attention of attendees and drive them to the booth.
The exhibit utilizes eye-catching 13-foot backlit graphic walls to display the company’s capabilities and dramatically brighten up the booth space.
The strategic use of both system and custom components gives this hybrid exhibit the wow-factor of a fully custom booth, while the angled meeting room adds a modern dynamic to the booth.
RESULTS:
The finished product is a stunning, illuminated booth on the POWER-GEN show floor that has attracted consistent crowds over the last couple of days since the show started!
Although busy with the show, Mandy and the GEODIS Freight Forwarding team have been elated with their booth and the show results.
This experience solidifies our valued partnership and signifies another job well-done thanks to Mandy, GEODIS Freight Forwarding and the Absolute Exhibits team.
